Less guesswork. Lasting results.

At Riverton Spine & Recovery, our focus is simple—help you get out of pain, move better, and return to the activities that matter most.

This clinic was built to provide a more personalized, results-driven approach to care. Instead of long-term treatment plans or unnecessary visits, every recommendation is tailored to your specific condition, goals, and response to treatment. When appropriate, imaging such as X-rays or MRI findings may be incorporated to provide additional insight and help guide precise, individualized treatment decisions.

We take the time to identify what’s actually driving your symptoms and apply targeted care designed to improve function, reduce pain, and create lasting results.

Experience that guides your Care

Clear answers. A structured plan. Care that moves you forward.

Every visit is built around a clear objective—identify the root cause and apply targeted care that leads to measurable progress. Treatment is efficient, individualized, and designed to help you improve as quickly and safely as possible.

Treatment may include a combination of:

• Chiropractic adjustments to restore joint motion
• Dry needling using mono-filament acupuncture needles
• Shockwave therapy to support tissue healing
• Movement-based rehabilitation to improve strength and stability

We work best with individuals who want clear answers, a structured plan, and care that respects both their time and long-term health.
