Less guesswork. Lasting results

Effective treatment starts with understanding what's actually driving the problem. Our goal is to identify the source of your symptoms and create a clear path toward recovery.

Rather than relying on temporary symptom relief, care is guided by a thorough examination, movement assessment, and when appropriate, imaging findings to help direct treatment decisions. Imaging such as X-rays or MRI findings may be incorporated to provide additional insight and help guide precise, individualized treatment decisions.

We take the time to identify what’s actually driving your symptoms and apply targeted care designed to improve function, reduce pain, and create lasting results.

Meet Dr. Jeff Matson

I don't just treat movement problems—I live an active lifestyle myself.

When I'm not in the office, you'll usually find me mountain biking, training in the gym, or spending time outdoors with my wife and three children. I believe movement is one of the most powerful tools for long-term health—which is why my approach to care focuses on helping people return to the activities they enjoy most.

My background includes chiropractic care, NSCA certifed personal training, out-patient rehabilitation, and advanced training in musculoskeletal conditions. Whether you're dealing with a recent injury, chronic pain, or a condition that's failed to improve elsewhere, my goal is simple: identify what's driving the problem and build a clear path forward.

I founded Riverton Spine & Recovery to provide clear answers, personalized care, and practical solutions that help people move better, recover faster, and stay active for the long term.
